TERMINATES IN A VERTICLE,CIRCULAR DOUGHNUT SHAPE, USED TO ANCHOR THE POST IN THE GROUND. THIS FORM IS UNUSUAL AND HARD TO FIND. IN OLD BLACK PAINT. 62" TALL. C. 1870. BOTH ARE IDENTICAL.
